What counts as a domain?
One business and its website. Starter tracks one, Pro up to five, and Agency as many as you like. If you run three brands, that is three domains; if you are an agency with twelve clients, that is twelve.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — signing up starts a 7-day trial with Starter limits, no card required. You can also run a free check with no account at all to see where you stand before deciding.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing inside the app; Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice, so you are not charged twice for the same month.
Which plan includes white-labelling?
Agency only. Starter and Pro are full-featured for tracking — same four engines, same weekly checks, same Search Console data — but reports carry Surfaced branding. Agency is what puts your logo, colours and domain on everything the client sees.
What happens if I hit my domain limit?
Adding a domain past your plan cap is blocked with a prompt to upgrade — nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. Existing domains keep tracking as normal.
Do all plans check all four engines?
Yes. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are checked weekly on every plan, live and with web search on. The plans differ on how many domains and prompts you can track, and on white-labelling — never on engine coverage.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in one click from Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. No cancellation fee and no phone call.
